  • provide consultancy on ISO9001, ISO14000, OSHAS 18000, Factory Inspection Procedures, Six Sigma, 5S Housekeeping and other international standards.
  • conducting in-house training on Internal Quality Auditing, Documentation and Implementation of ISO 9000 / QS 9000 , Assessor/Lead Assessor Course, ISO9000 / QS 9000 for Management, Six Sigma Green Belts and other quality improvement courses for clientS & regional offices.

  • involved in the computerisation implementation of Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) company-wide – AS400.
  • verification of vendor's terms and condition, contract specification, investment study, site verification and recommendation to management for approval.
  • stationed in Senai's plant, Johore Bahru, West Malaysia for their initial start-up and setting up their purchasing and procurement department to channel communication with Singapore's plant.

  • stationed in Ivrea, Italy (Olivetti's Headquarter) for period of 8 months for project assignment & products expedition.
  • attached in the Overseas Procurement & Sourcing Division, Olivetti, Italy involved in supplier development and products qualification from suppliers.
  • Received quality improvement training from Olivetti’s Headquarter, Italy.
  • Involved in the successful start-up programme & management of manufacturing processes at Singapore Drug Rehabilitation Centre for in-mate for subcontracting assemblies.
